Eid-ul Fitr

After one month of fasting, my family and I went back to our hometown in Perak. I love Hari Raya because that's the only time of the year where each and every cousin of mine will unite. I love the surroundings of the night before Raya where everyone played fire crackers, lighting up the pelita(s), making ketupat(s) and eating Raya biscuits. This year wasn't any different, my family and I went back to Perak on Friday because we wanted to berbuka puasa with my Tok before Raya.

My family and I had to checked in a hotel because Tok's house was full with people and there weren't enough room for us to sleep in.

First day of Raya :

I bought my kaftan top & pareo at the Tri-Os store at Empire (above Coach if I'm not mistaken) but you can also purchase Tri-Os through FashionValet.net : Tri-Os

Bow Bag : Dorothy Perkins
Bow Ring : Peacocks

We brought Ginger along to celebrate Eid with us.

I also love how all my cousins from both Mom and Dad's sides know each other because back when all my grandparents were still here, both my kampungs were actually located next to each other. Yes, just next door. I can literally say my Dad married the girl next door. Hehe.

I wore a simple black and white Kurung from Lina's on the second day of Raya.

Went to Penang on the third day of Raya and wore my Chevron black and white dress that I got from Kenanga Wholesale Mall.

Queued up for more than half an hour for this :

And boy, wasn't it worth it!
Since Raya month hasn't end, it's not too late to wish all of my Muslim readers,
Selamat Hari Raya. Maaf Zahir dan Batin :)
