I'm in Vietnam?

Hey everyone!

As you can read in the title, I am actually in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as I'm blogging this. I'm on my third day here but I just found out the wifi password at my hotel so, I couldn't online for the past few days.

The reason I am here in Vietnam is because I'm having a two-week Integrated Project for my University. Basically my classmates and I are here to study and carry out a project on the real estates in Vietnam. So the University of Finance-Marketing (UFM), Vietnam is our host for this whole project.

I have pictures but I haven't synced the pictures to my computer yet so that'll have to wait since it's past midnight right now and I have to wake up at 6 in the morning tomorrow. However, I just want to share with you guys my experience in Vietnam so far.

The main thing I noticed is that there a lot of motorcycles here, which is something I'm not really a fond of. Another thing is people honk ALL THE FREAKING TIME. I think honking is annoying unless its unavoidable but here, honking is like a compulsory thing if you're on the road. On my second day here, I was waken up by the sound of honks through my window. And my room is on the forth floor....
Imagine that.

It was really getting to me but now I think I'm getting used to it. Despite that, I find that Vietnamese are really soft spoken, in terms of their language and the way they talk. Guys and girls, both speak very softly but it's kind of hard to communicate since they aren't very good in English. Some of them are pretty good though. In one of the class I attended this morning, the lecturer even brought his own interpreter to translate what he lectured in class. But I did enjoy Vietnam so far. This is just a short post of my experience so far and what I think about Vietnam. More posts on Vietnam soon. This time, with pictures, I pinky promise! :)
I'm not sure if I'll be able to post frequently as I'll be pretty busy here but if you want to know about my daily updates while I'm here in Vietnam, you can follow my Twitter. Link will be on the side bar of this blog!

Rants and rants

Woah it feels like ages since I last updated this blog with a solid written post. I've been posting videos on here and I'm sorry to my readers! I know not everyone likes videos, some of you might like reading my posts rather than seeing videos here on my blog. I apologize! I'm not going to give any excuses because I really don't know why. But anyways, I'm here now, sitting at my dining table (this is my favorite studying/doing homework spot), with my hair up, a cup of my favorite tea (Ahmad's Strawberry flavored tea) by my side, a sweater & sweatpants and my homework & binder are scattered in front of me. Seriously guys, I'm writing this with my hand on my homework, literally.

I just thought of my readers here and I don't know. I miss writing here for you guys! I'm writing this without thinking of what topic I'm going to write today, which is definitely not a good idea because hey, now I'm mumbling pointless things....

Well, I guess I'll just talk to you guys about what I've been up to recently. I can sense that this post is going to be boring but I'm still going to go on with this anyway. So bear with me!

First off, it's Saturday today and I've been on a week holiday from school. It's
my mid semester break which I was really excited and was looking for this break all semester long and now it's coming to an end. I start back on Monday :(

I don't know why but it has only been 7 weeks of this semester, but I feel like it's been more than that. I guess because I'm in my 3rd year and the workload is just... I don't even know how to describe it. It's really A LOT. It's too many to the extend that I chose to just ignore them. I know that's probably not the smartest thing to do because now I'm regretting it. I have so much to catch up on. With me taking German I class.. that's not helping either. I thought language would be easier and fun, so I chose that subject instead of like, technical classes. I was totally wrong. Learning German is fun, but who am I kidding? It's not easy. AT ALL. It has formal and informal uses of verbs and the verbs have different spelling and pronunciation depending on what gender is the subject. Yes, guys. Everything in German has a gender of its own. Even tables have a gender! It's really interesting to know all these things, but you know, with my other subjects I'm taking this semester, I feel like I have a massive burden to carry all through out the semester. I have a 5 credit hour subject, which is the hardest for me. My group and I were assigned to develop a 10 or more acres of land in Pahang. Assignments are mandatory, I get it, but in another state? That's totally far from what I expected. So I had to fly alone to Pahang, as my other group mates actually live there in Pahang, except for one. She took the bus to Pahang, so yeah. If you follow my Twitter, you probably read my tweet about flying alone. I didn't mind flying alone but I was kind of nervous to be completely honest. That was my first time flying alone, I would be lying if I say I wasn't paranoid and I checked my backpack a gajillion times to make sure whether my tickets were safely tucked in there, whether or not I kept my ID after the check in counter and all the 'what-ifs' were running through my mind. I swear, everyone around me looks 99% more evil or have evil plans for me when I'm alone rather than when I'm with my family or friends. But it went pretty well, so I'm kind of proud of myself for surviving a flight alone.

Another subject is my thesis subject. This one.. I don't know how to start. I'm supposed to think of a topic that I can write a book on, complete with all the researches and surveys and stuff. I'm not good at these things. So I'm so scared. If you guys have any tips or anything like that about thesis, let me know in the comment! I haven't even think of a topic yet and that really scares me to death.

Other than those depressing subjects, I am also very stressed out because of my Integrated Project. Basically an Integrated Project is where the whole class choose a place outside the country (or inside. Depending on the students and lecturers. But it's of course, a lot more fun to choose overseas) to carry out a project related to our major. My class decided on New Zealand since last year. Which turned out to be a huge disappointment when the lecturers told us we're going to Vietnam instead. I know right.. Don't even want to talk about it. It's just something I'm forcing myself to go because it's a part of my responsibility in order to graduate. So... yeah. Vietnam.. Ok.

Okay, I really think this post has complaints and whines written all over it. So I'm stopping now before anyone gets annoyed, if you're not already are. But anyways, I just feel like writing this post because sometimes I just can't hold it in to myself. With Zahir gone, it's really hard for me. Every single time, he's the one who can listen to my whines about school or about friends. But now, with him thousands of miles away, I don't really know who to complain to. I guess I have you guys? Whether or not my readers want to read all these craps, that's a totally different story but I feel a lot better now. Like something cleared off my chest, just by typing all these things out here. So if you're reading this specific line that I'm typing now, you're truly amazing because that means you've read until this sentence. That means a lot to me, so thank you! :)

I hope you guys aren't annoyed with me yet! Haha, I promise more fashion, beauty and other more interesting than my feelings posts will be up soon! In the mean time, bare with me! I appreciate it and I love you guys!!

Summary of my hectic week

Well, even though I sounded so stressful during my hectic week, I still had a good time. Thanks to my classmates. We were pressured to the core on that week. Actually, I was pressured to the core. Everyday of that week, I had to hold myself from crying my eyes out because it was just too depressing. Imagine, on Wednesday that week, we had a presentation for our Town Planning subject but our lecturers were so pissed off at us because they didn't see any posters that were supposed to be on the board at 11am SHARP. The first group put up their poster at around 11.10am. I know it was our fault that we were late but honestly, my ears were about to bleed from the never ending lecture on why we Malaysians should be punctual, how there's no excuses to be late and how Urban Planning Department students are better than us Estate Management students. We had to listen to all that from 11.30am to 4.45pm. I'm not even kidding right now, guys. I had to sit, look at the ground and pretend that everything they said were digesting in my brain. On top of that, they didn't even allow us to do the presentation because of our 'attitude problem', as they called it. I actually have to agree to that. I do have an attitude problem. Well.. sometimes..

But hey, whatever. The past is the past. At least now we're all over that. Pheww! Our final grades for that subject were posted in the student portal yesterday and I guess all of my classmates were super nervous because well, let's just say the lecturers aren't really our biggest fans. But I think after seeing the results, my classmates must be sighing a huge sigh of relieves because no one failed! That's a shocker. Alhamdulillah, I guess the lecturers still have some humanity in them despite our 'attitude problem'.

As for all the other presentations and test, I guess everything went pretty well.

One of the presentations was for us to be lawyers and we had to go to a real court for us to present our case.

So I guess these photos sum up the week where I went crazy. And now all I have to do is study, study and study for my finals. Wish me luck guys!

Breakfast

Good morning everyone!

I'm eating my breakfast while typing this. It's a bowl of Lucky Charms, one of my favorite cereals ever! What's your favorite cereals?

Anyways, I want to apologize for the lack of updates. Yes, yes it's the time of year where I say 'I have a lot of assignments to do and tests are stressing me out!'. Same old, same old. But seriously though, assignments have been eating up my life lately. For one of the assignments, we need to draw a whole plan of township on our own. Ummm, hello? We're not town planners, we're real estate people. So why bother? That's the reason why we're not in Town Planning department, our hands aren't skilled to do all those things. If we were taught to draw plans from the beginning, I won't mind. But we weren't! We have completely zero knowledge on how to even hold the pencil to draw and they expect us to magically turn into skilled planners. That's just ridiculous if you ask me. On top of that, we are suppose to prepare a 70 pages of A3 sized report. And that's only one assignment.

Give me a minute so I can jump off a cliff.

Zahir's Convocation

So, Zahir just graduated! I was really happy and proud seeing him walked on the stage in his robe. And the way he smiled on that day tells me that he was really happy too. I'm glad I had the privilege to attend one of the most important days of his life and be a part of it.

Congratulations baby. You deserve it :)

Oh and of course, I had to put on his robe, took his certificate and pose for the camera. Because well, who doesn't know how Ayeen is..
I officially am a certified Civil Engineer now.

Making up for lost time

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy guysssssss!!!!

Okay, excuse the extra enthusiasm, I just miss blogging so much!! Thanks to those who have been emailing me asking me about updates and wishing me luck for my exams. I really appreciate it :)

So yes, I've officially survived my second year and the whole 3 stressful weeks of final exams! Seriously, it was S-T-R-E-S-S-F-U-L, alright. I spent 3 weeks camped out at my dining table. Started as early as 6am until midnight, every single day, only taking breaks to eat, pee and pray. I'm surprised my brain didn't explode. But Alhamdulillah, God gave me strength to get through them.

I went through the papers nervously but managed to at least get the answers written on the paper (whether it's right or wrong, that's an entire different story), however, my fourth paper was torture. You see, numbers and I, we've been enemies since high school and my paper that day involved them. *glares at numbers* I don't hate them, I just don't get them even if I tried. Easy to say, numbers just don't like me. My fourth paper was Investment Valuation, the hardest paper this semester and carries the most credit hours. But like it or not, I had no choice. I chose this course, I should deal with it. So I did everything I could to study for that paper.  After the paper, all I did was cry until I fell sick. I cried because I know I did so bad for that paper and I got sick because I cried too much and I guess because of the haze and weather too, partly.

Yesterday was my last paper and I couldn't be happier! So relieved. About the Valuation paper, I just had to let it go because I know there's nothing I can do about it anymore. As for now, I was just so happy to wake up this morning and not having to rush for anything. And not to think whether or not I have sufficient time to study before the next paper. It just felt so wonderful!

So for the time being, no more this :

And thank God, no more this for at least 3 months :

My eyes were seriously not the same size, swollen and red.
My skin is just so *eeek*
Don't get me started with my eyebrows....

I'm so glad that it's all done!
I sorted out my binder just now, ready to close it and never to open it again. Hopefully I won't have to dig for it next semester because no, I do not want to repeat any papers, thanks.

I'M DONE WITH MY SECOND YEAR YOU GUYS!!
Now, I have results to worry about. Yikes!

By the way, expect some updates that I haven't had the chance to post up before my finals soon!

3rd Semester results

I had 3 weeks semester break and I only got my results yesterday, which was the first day of the new semester. I don't know what took them so long to post up our results but after getting lectured yesterday about how our batch is the worst compared to the other batches in Real Estate, I got it. Maybe it was so bad that they didn't have the heart to post them up. Well, at least that's my theory because I don't know if there's any logical excuses other than that.

Anyways, I was kind of dreading but was excited to get the results. Sort of like a fifty fifty feeling, you know? So when one of my classmates posted in our Facebook group that we have our official results up on the student's portal, I typed the student's portal so fast and didn't have the time to think. I just wanted to know how I'd do considering how hard all the papers were for me and I just wanted to get all the nervousness out of me and get it over with.

When I signed up on the student's portal, this is what I saw :

A 3.45 GPA and 3.42 CGPA.

I didn't know how to respond to what I saw. So I just kept a blank face and got ready for my first class of the semester. I didn't feel a thing. It was bad since it wasn't 3.5 or above but I guess I should be thankful since it was higher than my last semester because everyone knows how bad I did on my second semester. I told my Dad about it after that, and his respond was "oh... that's okay" and I couldn't really tell if he was happy or sad about my results. But what's important is that he didn't get mad at me, so I guess it was okay. Mom's reaction was the same. I don't know whether they're disappointed or relieved. I guess I just have to be thankful that I at least got higher GPA and CGPA than the last semester and that I at least got above 3. Alhamdulillah, even if I spent my study week having fun in the States, I had enough time to study everything and I know it wasn't perfect but I have to thank Allah for what I've achieved.

I guess I have to study better this semester for higher CGPA. But with all the tough subjects I have to take this semester, I doubt I can do it... I'm not giving up though. I can at least try my best and my hardest to achieve what I want. Problem with me is that I'm a lazy person. Like, super lazy, I'm not even kidding. However, I think I can change that about myself this semester because I won't be better if I don't at least try, right? I'm going to put extra effort this semester and if it's possible, I'm going to keep myself motivated all semester!

4th Semester

I cannot believe my 3 weeks worth of holidays is coming to an end tonight. Like, right this second. 4th semester starts tomorrow and I'm nowhere near prepared. I already bought stuffs for this new semester but I'm not fully prepared. I haven't organize my binder and I didn't even print out my class schedule yet. Sigh!

I enjoyed this holiday to the core, so much had happened during these 3 weeks and I just don't want to worry about my studies. At least, not yet. I met some of my old friends this holiday, went to trips with my family, I started playing netball again and I even went to my former high school a lot this holiday. I guess it's safe to say, this holiday is the best I've ever experienced.

But back to reality tomorrow.

Going to face notes and books for a few more months starting from tomorrow. I better get myself ready or I'll repeat my mistake during the second semester which I wasn't ready at all for the semester and I was so disappointed with my GPA that semester. Nooooo, I can't do that anymore. I have to be pumped up for this new semester. The question is, when do I start to be enthusiastic about this whole new semester? I guess, we'll wait and see...

On a totally different note, I've been spending so much time at my high school and everything and I'm surely going to update you guys about those soon! 😄

HAPPY NEWS : I'm done with my 3rd Semester Examination!!

Hey guys! How are you guys doing?? I miss all of you, which doesn't make sense since I've never met more than half of my blog readers but I really miss you! I miss blogging and pouring my heart out and I don't blame anyone or anything *cough*exam*cough* for this. Anyway, I'm going to continue with my California updates soon. For now, I'll give a brief of how my papers were.

TAMADUN ISLAM DAN TAMADUN ASIA (TITAS) (JANUARY 4th, 2012)

Honestly, I didn't prepare for this paper because I thought it was going to be easy peasy since it's 40 objective questions. "Study for TITAS? What for? Hahahah", my brain said. I did went through the slides and notes once or twice and that was it. When the day came, I was like, WHY DIDN'T I STUDY FOR THIS?! So… I think you can already guess how this paper turned out to be in the end. I just hope I won't fail it because I would hate it if I have to re-take this paper because it's so boring and requires me to memorize weird names.

METHODS OF VALUATION (JANUARY 10th, 2012)

This is probably my most feared paper out of all 5. Mainly because this is the only subject that requires calculations and I'm definitely bad at calculations. I've always hated numbers besides the ones in Accounting. Other than that, I just loathe them to the core. I'e always wanted to know why numbers were invented (besides to torture me, that is). I was nervous to the extend that I couldn't sleep the night before. I'm not good in this subject and it carries 5 credit hours. Tell me how can I not be nervous?

Also, we had to answer 3 questions out of 4, one of them being compulsory. We were given 3 answer booklets, one question for each booklet. I was too smart to read the instructions on the paper that I answered all 3 questions in one booklet! I didn't realize I did a mistake until the lecturer came up to me to collect the answer booklets when the time was up. "You answered in one booklet? Try and read the instruction on the cover of the question paper," she said. I read and was like, oh…my….God. I panicked but could't do anything about it because the lecturer had collected my answers and was moving on to the other students. I had no choice but to brave myself and went up to her when we were dismissed from the examination hall. I asked her whether I would lose some marks for what I did. And she just looked at me with a blank face and said, "You think?". So I apologized and said I didn't know and it was a careless mistake, she said that she wasn't that cruel to reduce my marks just because of that. I sigh a HUGE sigh of relief. I mean, I'm no good at this subject and I can't afford to lose any more marks because of my carelessness. So yeah, this paper was such a pain in the neck but it's really important for me and I should really learn to embrace it!

URBAN LAND ECONOMICS (JANUARY 12th, 2012)

"Hey, it's Economics. Nothing to worry about, I've been doing Economics since I was 16. Not a problem". That was what I thought. Obviously, I was wrong. I didn't notice how in depth this Economics is than last semester. This subject requires me to memorize all the theories of urban growths and things that I don't have a care about in the world. If a place is urbanized, than it's urbanized. I don't get why people would want to create a whole theory about it. It's just pointless. Well to me, at least. For the paper, we were asked to answer 3 out of 4 and we had 2 hours. I had a lot to put on that paper and had to rush writing since we only had a couple of hours. My right hand wanted to die on me by the time I finished this paper.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE (JANUARY 16th, 2012)

At the beginning of the semester, I loved this subject. Mainly because it's easier than other subjects. But then it became harder. It got the hardest when we were taught the mechanical drawings of a building. All I could think of was, how is this helping me to get a job in the future?I'm in a Real Estate course, not an Engineer or nor was I in Building Surveying. Don't get me wrong, I love sketching and arts and all but not Mechanical Drawings. It was so dreadful to memorize every little bits of a drainage system and electrical supply. I almost cry reading over a hundred slides of mechanical drawings. And to know not even one of what I memorized came out for the paper. Only one sketch question and it had to be the one that I didn't study the night before. Life's so great huh?

LAND DEVELOPMENT LAW (JANUARY 18th, 2012)

Law. My most favorite subject since my Foundation years. But I learnt the Introduction to Law, so to learn about the breach of contract and the cases, that was interesting. But this? Land Law? I don't know whether I did well or not but I hope all those pages I filled in with my answers will get me at least some marks. I still love Law, but I just don't have the confidence that my answers were right.

Seems like every single paper was tough for me. I don't have the confident for any papers this semester. That sucks and all but I'm really glad I'm done with my examination week. I have gained weight and pimples are popping out on my face during those 2 weeks of studying and stressing. Seriously, my face is like a zit garden right now. That sounds so gross but I'm not kidding. I hope they'll be gone soon.

Alright, I guess that sums up my examination week and I will go on with beauty, fashion or personal posts soon! Love you guys! xx

Second Semester Results

I've seen my results on the Internet thrice and I even got them in my mail box a month a go. But I hesitated to update about it because well, I'm not proud of my results this semester. I know I've been really playful and so lazy this semester, but I never thought of the outcome. And now, I'm regretting it so much. I tried to get over the fact that my CGPA this semester dropped. After a month of sulking, I figured, its okay and I really should start to bersyukur and thank Allah on whatever I obtained and for giving me the chance to score above 3. That's the best I could do for that semester, so I'll have to accept it and learn from my mistakes. So no more hoo haa for me in Second Year and no more skipping classes...

Errr, I hope.

As for now, let me show you my embarrassing results.

3.4?? Okay, I have nothing to say. I'm going to let you be the judge. Before you judge though, I do know that I've been playing a lot. So you don't have to tell me that.

I realised that nobody is born a genius (except my best friend, Lola who's studying in UK right now). It's actually a matter of hard work. If you're lazy like *cough* me, you won't score. But if you are a person who doesn't think studying is a burden, then you'll be a genius. I'm not saying that I think studying is a burden, no. I just have my moods to study. I'm not like some kids who loves to study 24/7. I don't force myself to study unless I have a test or examination week is coming.

And now I know I should have forced myself to study no matter how lazy I get. That should be on my Second Year Resolutions list. That is, if I have a list.

Exam fever

I don't know why this semester I've been such a lazy girl. I play around a lot, I online a lot, I shop a lot. I do everything a lot except for studying. I haven't been studying during my exam week either. All I did was online and eat junks and tidbits.

The first paper was a 40 objective questions paper which was good. I hope I did as good as I think I did. The second was Market Analysis paper, which was a 4 essay/calculation questions paper. I don't know what to say about this paper. Not because it was hard and it wasn't easy either. I just... don't know the word to describe the paper. I was having a terrible headache during the paper and that obviously didn't help. I walked out of the examination hall looking like a zombie. Everyone around me were talking about the paper and the questions while I just walked without knowing what to say or think. I just hope the result for that paper won't be that bad. My carry mark for that subject wasn't impressive at all, so let's just hope it won't affect my CGPA too much.

I have another 3 papers which I haven't even touch a single thing. Frankly, I'm worried but I can't even force myself to study. What's happening to me??

Presentation

Do you like to present in front of people? I know I don't. Doesn't matter how small the audience is, I just don't like it. My level of confidence is average but when I go in front to present, my self esteem goes down as low as the ground. But what is weird is that it actually depends on my mood. I'm taking Presentation Skills this semester so of course, there are a lot of presentations I have to go through. A few weeks back, I had to present an introduction of any topic I chose. I was confident in front of the class that I shocked myself. I'm always nervous while presenting. So who was that standing in front of my class, presenting like she knows everything?

I'm now preparing for a presentation tomorrow. And only God knows how I hate preparing for a presentation. Let alone present in front of people. I know this is not good for my future as presentations are crucial. I guess this is why Presentation Skills is mandatory for Uni students. They want people like me to build up their confidences. But what if we can't and what if we don't want to build up our confidence? I always get so embarrass of my English. Being a Malaysian, running from speaking Manglish is quite impossible. I can't judge my own English but I'm scared I sound like a typical Malaysian English. I think that's one of the reason why I don't like presenting. Because people will know my English level. What if I pronounce a word wrong? How if I stumbled a wrong grammar? How??? That would be so embarrassing!

Despite the fact that I hate presenting and how I get so self conscious standing and talking in front of people, I wish I am good at this. I hope in the near future, I will be able to present spontaneously. I always respect people who can just go and present without preparing for it the night before. I always have to practise in front of the mirror with my flash cards in hand and I will time myself talking to the mirrored me. After practising a thousand times in front of the mirror, my hands still shake when I present the next day.

I always wonder, how do I get that confidence to be able to talk in front of people without stuttering and shaking? Any ideas?

We sure are cute for two ugly people

Finally bought new books! Note that I use plural there. Two books. Both are LC's books. Lover pinched in some money because I only had enough for one. Thank you so much babycakes :)

This morning, I slipped in my baju kurung in the morning and walked to Lecturer's Block to see Dr. Yong. The office said my results were mixed up with another group. But when I arrived there, I saw people swarming around there. After awhile sweating my clothes off, turned out that she moved to another room which was like, a thousand miles away from the old one. I was getting all cranky because I had to walk in the blazing sun. I don't actually mind the walking but the sun was the reason I felt like dying. Having no choice, I had to walk all the way there while the other have their cars. When I arrived, there was someone in her room so I had to wait. Luckily I can wait inside where the AC was on. Nothing felt better than that. After waiting for what felt like decades, turned out my results wasn't there either. God bless Dr.Yong because she actually made the effort to find it for me. She asked for my phone number and everything so she could help. I really appreciate it. So messed up system they have. Sigh

The Stress is Over!

Finally, my midterm exams are over! Okay, theres nothing to brag, but at least I can give my brain a rest for a week before I start to cramp back my precious brain. Despite the fact that midterm are over, finals are also just around the corner. I have like, another 2 and a half months till my finals. And I'll be done with my foundation. Everything just passes by ever so quickly these days. I've been a good girl, holding myself back from my white baby here. I havent even touch this laptop, what more press the on button. Its not like I have the time to anyway because I've been spending everyday with books till 4 or 5 in the morning despite that I had to wake up at 730. So yeah, in the past 4 days, I spent like only 8hours for sleep. I really hope I'll do good this semester. Hope all my effort will pay off on the day that results come out. Monday was Physics and Mathematics, the two subjects I always flunked. I spent most of my time the previous week to study these two, but I emphasize on Physics as the formulas and facts are just too much. But guess what? The paper turned out to contain all fact questions. No formulas were needed. But at least Im relieve that I had confidence doing it this time. But the result is a whole different story. Tuesday was Law and Management, the most important subjects this semester. Then it was time for English and Macroeconomics. The last day, which was yesterday, I was so happy that Accounts turned out to be easy and though there were uncertain answers I gave for Construction paper, at least I didnt stress out while doing it. And I thought I did well this time. I hope so :)

Mom and Dad fetched me up at last night. I fell asleep while waiting seeing I was lack of sleep. And continued sleeping in the car. And continued sleeping at home. Until this morning, I woke up with a headache. Thats what I get when I sleep too long. Going out with Zahir today. Not sure what time but he said it'll be late. I ate an apple for breakfast and now Im starving. But whatevs. I dont want to whine about my hunger because theres absolutely no point of complaining when I dont think I will eat later on.

Oh, on Wednesday, I almost collapse because all I ate the whole day was a piece of honey dew. Ika and Noor were so worried and started to lecture me while I was lying down to vanish the massive headache. Noor was so worried when she saw me walking so unstable and I had to hold on to the wall beside me to keep myself from falling down. My sight was so blur and everything was just spinning around me. I saw two Noor(s) when I looked at her. I felt like puking and it was so hard to breathe. I cant remember whether I passed out or I fell asleep, I just fell down on my bed and I cant remember anything after that. I woke up feeling better. Noor forced me to eat but I didnt want to. But just for the sake of Noor, I cooked instant noodle but didnt finish it. Atleast Noor stopped complaining how I didnt eat everyday. And yes, I felt so much better after eating. I have caring friends! Thanks you guys, for taking care of me while I was so sick to even breathe :)

A good bad day

I spent the whole day with Zahir today! Obviously, thats the good part of today. The bad part is.. sigh, i just hate myself too much to even let it out. Blergh!

Mommy bought me a little black dress for my college's dinner yesterday. We went to Taipan and roamed around the boutiques there. Zahir tailed us too. I wanted his opinion on any dress I was planning to try on. We tried all the boutiques and ended up in one that was full of pretty dresses. I tried on like, a gazillion dresses. In the end, I chose two of the best and asked Mom and Zahir to choose. They both ended up with the same dress. So I settled on the black frill dress Mom and Zahir said was pretty. I love it too! And its chiffon!

So today I started off my day with a knock on my bedroom door. It was so hard to open my eyes as I spent three sweet hours on the phone with Zahir the night before. I forced my eyes to open and dashed towards my door. I opened up the door to see Daddy in his white towel wrapped around his waist and water dripping from his curly black hair. A sign he just showered. He said, 'wakey wakey! You're going to Mom's school this morning.' When I remembered I did promised Mom that I would go to her school to help her with some art stuffs. So I had to dragged myself to the bathroom. I reluctantly showered with my eyes closed. I felt freshen up a little after the cold water hit my face. I had to stopped myself from shivering as it was 8 in the morning and the water was freaking cold. After showering, I blow dried my hair and slipped into my white oversized Forever21 and my black MNG skinny. I had breakfast of a bowl of cereals like usual. Daddy was already out the door by the time I finished washing my dishes. I quickly went to grab my grey studded bag and dashed out. We went to fetch Zahir up at his place and we went straight to Mom's school. Mom said we'll eat first but seeing how I just ate a bowl of cereals, I ordered iced tea while Mommy and lover ate fried kueyteow which looked so tempting. Har. After eating, Mommy went straight to her class to teach English while lover and I went to the library to start on our work Mommy asked to help. We managed to finished off in time. Went to Mydin food court for lunch. Had Yee Mee and I felt so fat. Ugh. Went back home and studied a little while lover fell asleep. I accidentally dozed off too after reading Law for a few minutes. Daddy arrived home and we all went out for dinner including lover at Shah Alam. I know right, food again? But this time I only had a few spoons of Tomyam because I think today had been so fattening. After dinner, we all went to send lover in his college in Bangi. We got around to explore his college too :]

Okay, now. The bad part of the day. It all went well. Until my hands were itching to on my laptop. When I logged into my facebook, I saw all my college mates wrote about their MUET results on their walls. I was like, 'dont tell me the results are out. I cant bare with this now. No. Seriously dont.' But then my itchy hands had to go to Noor's page and saw this one link that will link me to the results' site. The thing with me was, I didnt even hesitate to click on that link. I HAD TO CLICK ON IT and there, you have it. The worst part of today.

BAND ACHIEVED: 4.

I was so shocked I did so bad :(

My heart will tumble

So classes today were kind of boring. Except for English and Accounts. I arrived in class today alone. And late. The front row was full, so I had to dragged myself to the back of the class and sat there. I saw Noor at the back row too, so I flashed a grin. I sat alone today. I didnt mind, because we were all busy jotting down notes anyway. So I dont see the point on being choosy with whom should I sit with. I sat blankly while my Physics lecturer blabbed something about optics. My mind flew all the way to Bangi. You know why. To all you dunderheads who dont know why Bangi, its where KLIUC, lover's college is located. When Probability came, my mind flew to everywhere else in the world except in class. I took down notes regardless. So, though my mind wasnt in class, later own the notes will be useful when exams are coming. After that was accounts. Now, this was the time I flew back in class. My mind was very focus on accounting. Perhaps because I already did accounts last year and I felt excited when I got the answers to the lecturer's questions. Haha. After class, Noor and I walked to Pekan Buku which is kind of far to walk. We had to because we had been delaying our trip there since the first week we were here for second semester. Our walk under the blazing sun wasnt worth it when all the books we were planning to buy were out of stock. Can you believe it? I cant. So just to make all the sweat worth and the strain on our legs heal, we bought pens and notepads. Just for the sake of the sweat that were running down our back, between our cleavages, on our foreheads. We walked back to college and it wasnt any better as the sun was starting to really climb up on top of our heads. By the time we reached college, our sweat was like waterfall running down our bodies. I swear to God, we were sweating as if we just showered with our own sweat. We chilled out in the room for awhile and had to get our asses to our next classes. The time passed by a blur. I told you so.

Moment of Truth

I was lazing around with Noor in my room at college when Ika called saying our results were out. I didnt want to go because I was too scared. I knew my result would be so bad that I would cry. So Noor and I slipped into our baju kurung(s) and headed to the old lecturers' building. When Dr. Zahara handed me my slip, I felt like my heart is about to burst out from my chest. I survived the almost heart attack and teared up the ends of my slip to open it. First thing I saw was of course, like I expected, I flunked both my math and physics+chemistry. But I did get an A- for my environmental studies which was a shocker as I didnt expect it due to my break down about my grandma on that particular day. However, I was shocked, so shocked that I even thought I might have been swallowed by the ground when I saw my Microeconomics is B+. I did so well that I expected an A- at least. Sigh. What more when I saw my CGPA which was awful. Despite that, I didnt cry. Because to be frank, I was half disappointed but a part of me was relieved as I did better than my midterm. But still. After taking our results, we returned to our room and wasted the remaining time in our room, lazing around. At 1500, we got ready as we had this talk I said earlier. It wasnt even that important, and it ended earlier that it supposed to be. Right after class, I asked Zahir to come and fetch me up. I went to Dewan Gemilang after that and met up with Isabella for the modern indian dance. Im joining and good news!Noor might too. Lets just hope she'll join :) Lover arrived later and Noor and I were rushing. Lover brought me to dinner at Dominos just now. I ate alot! And now Im happy. But dont remind me of that little slip of mine that I kept safely in my bag. Ugh

My brain has stop working

Help me anyone ! Travis, Im having problems with my work. See, Im having a little presentation for my English Muet's class on Monday. That only leaves me just one day to prepare. But the thing is, I cant. I feel like hitting my own head with a big fat hammer for not starting earlier. Now I have no idea and what more when I google-d about COMFORTABLE UNIFORMS, some crappy forums' url popped up. What can I do ? I thought of doing it myself, without searching information over the internet and just start my own essay. But my heart and brain just kept saying no. I wrote about two lines of introduction and was stuck until now. The two lines I came up with werent that good either. Whats happening to me ? Abang said to me earlier that if I dont have the mood to write and essay or do some presentation work, then I wont get any ideas till Im in the mood. The problem is, my presentation is on Monday and I'll be going back to UM tomorrow. Theres no time ! Come on Brain, dont disappoint me. Dont bail on me. You can do this. Help meeeee Mr. Brain.

On the bright side of the story, I went to the Vintage Bazaar at 3K today and Daddy bought me another pair of Crocs. Two pairs of Crocs in a week. Daddy gave me a pair of red checkered one for my birthday last week. And today he bought me another. And its leopard printed :D
I found so many vintage dresses and shoes but Daddy was meeting his friend, so we were kind of rushing. In the rush, I managed to meet my two high school friends, Neys and Dee. Its been awhile. We talked for so long that Daddy was waiting for me in the car out side. Haha. We had so much to talk about, to catch up. When we were talking, a photographer came up to us and asked us to pose and she interviewed Neys about her outfit. Went out and found my family waiting for me and went to see Daddy's acquaintance. Went to Shah Alam later on for Ramadhan Bazaar. It was hectic ! I had to pushed through the throng of people and my head was spinning. People were swarming all over the bazaar. Daddy said he cant stand the thousands of people around, so we ended up buying food at Victory in Taipan. Went back home and it was almost break fast time. Prepared the food on the dining table and before I knew, it was already Maghrib. First fasting day was not so bad (:

So now I have to get back to my work of two lines. I know right, Im so lame. Sigh. Pleasee ideas, come out from that brain up there !
Au Revoir ! Wish me luck, sweeties
